We want you (and your gift recipients) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Non-returnable items include:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
2. How to Start a Return

3. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and then make a new purchase once your refund is processed.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
If the gift giver did not mark the order as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
